## Description

Process Physiotherapy provides specialist, climbing-focused physiotherapy to help climbers recover from injury and improve performance. Led by Andy, a full-time climbing physiotherapist with more than 30 years of climbing experience and nearly 20 years as a coach, the practice combines clinical expertise with an understanding of climbing’s physical and emotional demands. Its collaborative, individualised approach is designed to help clients remain active where appropriate, address training and movement, and build strength and resilience for a return to climbing. Services include remote physiotherapy, screening and testing, and tailored rehabilitation, with particular attention to the later stages of recovery that can be missed in shorter treatment plans. Process Physiotherapy also offers climbing-specific products to support recovery and self-rehabilitation, including flexor pulley splints, training edges, and The Self-Rehabbed Climber book and ebook. Climbers can book physiotherapy with Andy, while the site also announces an affiliation with fellow physiotherapist Tom Schofield at Eden Rock Carlisle, extending access to care for climbers and outdoor athletes in that area.
