## Description

Fondazione Progettoautismo FVG ETS is a nonprofit organisation based in Tavagnacco, in Italy’s Friuli Venezia Giulia region. It works to support autistic people and their families, promote autonomy and participation, and improve quality of life through practical services, education and community initiatives. The foundation describes autism as a diverse neurodevelopmental condition and highlights the value of early, individualised support. Its activities include information and support services, cognitive-behavioural and educational approaches, research and innovation, and projects focused on communication and learning, including video modelling. The organisation also offers creative and community opportunities through its art atelier and the “Oltre il Confine” festival. A central initiative is its co-housing project, designed to welcome autistic people and their families, alongside plans for the Villaggio Enzo Cainero. The foundation develops European projects and initiatives such as the Laura Bassi Game, and invites supporters to donate, fundraise and take part in its campaigns. Through these programmes, Progettoautismo FVG combines family support, learning, research and inclusive living in its work for autistic people.
