## Description

Progressive Therapeutics is a psychiatric care provider serving Framingham, Acton, and the wider MetroWest community in Massachusetts. Its team, including Dr. Nimish Shah and Dr. Maitri Patel, offers compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs. The practice supports people experiencing a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric concerns.

Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, child and adolescent psychiatry, telepsychiatry, and Spravato treatment for depression. Telepsychiatry uses live video appointments for consultations, follow-up care, and medication management when appropriate. Progressive Therapeutics describes its approach as a step-by-step process, beginning with an initial assessment and moving to a personalized treatment plan and ongoing support.

Its stated mission is to combine medical expertise, current research, and clinical experience to help patients and families pursue improved mental well-being.
