## Description

Project Amarjeet is a free coaching, mentoring, and guidance initiative for people connected to shooting sports in India. Founded by Olympic medallists Gagan Narang and Annu Raj Singh, it has no fees or affiliation requirements and is not tied to any academy, state body, or organisation. Athletes, coaches, parents, academies, and clubs can seek support regardless of location or competitive level.

The project offers four initiatives. Disha provides structured counselling, individual consultations, annual performance reviews, and access to specialists such as psychologists, physiotherapists, and coaches. Pratibha is a selective mentorship program offering one-on-one guidance and personalised development plans to promising athletes; ten are chosen annually, split between rifle and pistol. Udaan brings expert-led training camps, small-group coaching, workshops, and academy guidance directly to participating facilities. Avsar helps athletes and shooting communities access essential training resources, beginning with pellet assistance.

Project Amarjeet also invites contributions through Saathi, Sahyog, and Samarpan, for expertise, financial support, and usable shooting equipment. Its Range Partner Network can arrange practice access without commercial charge.
