They also have the BANTU Leadership Academy (BLAC), which prepares youth for employment by developing essential skills and connecting them with work professionals. Additionally, their Each One Teach One Exchange Program (EOTO) pairs at-risk adolescents with younger children, providing mentorship opportunities and practical application of skills learned in Capoeira classes.
