CEL (Cypriot Enterprise Link) is a dynamic and youth-led organization dedicated to connecting and supporting Cypriot entrepreneurial talent. With a strong focus on fostering a local and global entrepreneurial network, CEL offers a wide range of initiatives, events, meetups, workshops, and projects. Almost a decade ago, three visionary friends, Michael Tyrimos, Angelos Perdios, and Michael Hadjijosef, realized that Cyprus needed to be part of the global conversation about technology and entrepreneurship.

Together, they formed CEL and recruited like-minded individuals to join their cause, growing the organization to 12 members. Since then, CEL has continued to expand, attracting countless members and volunteers who have contributed to its numerous initiatives and projects. From hosting the first-ever Hackathon and launching the hack{cyprus} festival to organizing insightful conferences and educational programs, CEL has played a pivotal role in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cyprus.

Additionally, the organization has been involved in lobbying for investment, promoting technology discussions through Tech Talks, and facilitating Hackathons and Bootcamps in collaboration with UNDP. CEL's commitment to empowering entrepreneurs extends beyond Cyprus. They have participated in international events, initiated collaborations with the British High Commission, and organized pan-European Hackathons, demonstrating their dedication to making a global impact.
