The brand aims to promote cross-border connectivity and targeted research through collaboration with authorities and private entities. Initially funded by the European Union’s Internal Security Fund – Police, Project CRAAFT is now managed by the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies (CFCS) at RUSI.


The Consortium, led by RUSI Europe, includes renowned organizations such as the University of Amsterdam, GLOBSEC (a Bratislava-based think tank), and the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) in The Hague. Working together, this team consists of experts like Jessica Davis, Mary Fitzgerald, and Matthew Redhead, who contribute their knowledge to drive meaningful change. Project CRAAFT's primary goal is to build stronger, more coordinated CTF efforts worldwide through research, analysis, and collaboration
