Despite his talent, Tony faced challenges in finding employment due to his disability. Determined to make a difference, Seng Choon partnered with Hiok Keat, an accountant and former General Manager. Together, they shared a vision of opening a hawker training school for the disabled. This led to the birth of Project Dignity. At Dignity Kitchen, we offer a range of programs and services aimed at empowering individuals with special needs. Our Cook, Bake, Makan and Cook, Bake, Serve initiatives provide training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. We also offer cooking courses and train-and-place programs specifically tailored for their needs.
