Project FIND is a brand that aims to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently. With three supportive housing residences and four seniors centers, Project FIND currently serves over 600 residents and has over 1,000 members. They have recently added a fourth residence, Park 79, which consists of 77 efficiency units for low-income and formerly homeless older adults.

This new facility, located at 117 West 79th Street, was developed in partnership with Fairstead, with Project FIND serving as the nonprofit owner and designated social services provider. Park 79 was built after careful selection of occupants through a housing lottery in the summer of 2022. Project FIND offers housing, meals, and programs that cater to a diverse group of individuals, ranging from the healthy and active to the frail and homebound, as well as the homeless.
