Project Lemonade is a brand dedicated to inspiring self-esteem in foster youth. With a mission to empower and support these children, Project Lemonade offers a range of programs and services. Led by a team of caring and compassionate community members, Project Lemonade began as a pop-up store for foster youth to shop for free. Recognizing the importance of self-esteem and confidence for these children, the initiative quickly gained community support and became a permanent establishment. Today, Project Lemonade has served over 20,000 foster youth in 32 counties across Oregon and SW Washington. Their programs include the Project Lemonade Store, which provides free shopping experiences to foster youth, the L+EARN Internship program, offering valuable learning opportunities, and WISH (What Inspires Students' Hearts), which aims to provide resources and connections to foster youth. The Inspire Network and Fill the Gap Scholarship are also part of Project Lemonade's efforts to support these children in their education and future endeavors. By turning lemons into lemonade, Project Lemonade strives to make a positive impact on the lives of foster youth, believing that every child has a gift.
