Project SYNCERE (Supporting Youth’s Needs with Core Engineering Research Experiments) is a brand that aims to prepare underrepresented students for successful careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). They offer various programs to engage students in hands-on learning experiences and provide them with pathways to explore and pursue their interests in engineering. One of their signature programs, ENpowered, serves over 1,800 students annually and introduces them to engineering through in-school, after-school, workshops, and summer programs.
