## Description

PROMOLYT is a private pre-launch marketplace connecting independent publishers and audience owners with advertisers seeking relevant audiences. It helps creators, media brands and community operators offer advertising placements while retaining control over their inventory, pricing and content. Eligible publishers include social accounts on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube; newsletters and specialist publications; podcasts; and other independent audience owners. Through PROMOLYT, publishers can list individual placements or packages, set prices and availability, review campaign briefs, and accept only the campaigns they choose. The planned workflow covers listing an audience, agreeing to a placement, publishing with clear disclosure, submitting proof of delivery and receiving payment after review under the campaign terms. PROMOLYT also offers a Founding Publisher programme for applicants approved before public launch. The first 50 approved publishers receive zero PROMOLYT commission on their first three completed campaigns, along with free initial verification, priority launch visibility, assisted inventory setup and early platform access. Applications are reviewed for ownership and audience suitability; approval, bookings and revenue are not guaranteed.
