## Description

PromoTicket is a South African event ticketing and promotion platform connecting audiences with local events and helping organisers manage sales and entry. It lists concerts, DJ nights, sports matches, gospel showcases, club events, community festivals, business expos and more, with listings spanning the Free State and other cities nationwide. Attendees can discover events by location, date, category or ticket price, then book online and receive a digital QR ticket by email and through their account. Payment options include PayShap and direct bank transfer, while selected events allow advance reservations with cash payment at the gate.

For event organisers, PromoTicket provides event listings, shareable event pages, online ticket sales, real-time reporting, attendee exports and financial tracking. Its mobile QR scanner supports gate check-in and helps prevent duplicate ticket use. Organisers can also manage cash-at-gate reservations and access transparent EFT payouts, with platform commission described as 8%–10%. The optional R350 Event Boost package includes a social media flyer, Facebook and Instagram promotion, featured homepage placement, a WhatsApp-ready link and ticketing setup.
