## Description

Proper Hotels & Residences is a luxury hospitality brand offering boutique hotels and residences in creative hubs across the United States. Its portfolio includes properties in Austin, Downtown Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Miami Beach, with Dallas and Lake Tahoe also listed among its destinations. The brand brings together expressive design, attentive service, and a strong sense of place, with signature interiors by designer Kelly Wearstler and experiences inspired by local culture.

Proper properties offer accommodations alongside dining, wellness, events, and gathering spaces. Restaurants and bars emphasize seasonal, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and wellness-oriented menus, while wellness offerings include fitness centers, rooftop yoga, personalized spa experiences, and Recovery Suites with features such as cold plunges, red light therapy, and saunas at select hotels. Guests can also join cultural programming, fitness classes, and community events, or access Proper Club in Santa Monica and Austin. The brand additionally offers residences, meetings and event venues, weddings, gift cards, and direct-booking benefits.
