## Description

Proxi is a brand that embraces tradition while keeping its culinary creations fresh and innovative. Their dishes are a celebration of bold flavors and impeccable ingredients, presented through the lens of American cuisine. Proxi takes you on a global adventure, offering a diverse range of boundary-blurring dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Chef Andrew Zimmerman, inspired by his love for travel and cooking, has curated a menu that freely explores the flavors of Asia, India, Mexico, and beyond, while still feeling at home in the heart of Chicago. Complementing the delicious food, Proxi offers hand-picked wine selections by their Wine Director, Alex Ring. The exotic yet balanced cocktails add an extra element of surprise to your dining experience. The restaurant's interior design pays homage to mid-century American brasseries, featuring a beautiful mix of antique mirrors, leather-quilted upholstery, and vibrant tile work. Visit Proxi at their location on West Randolph Street, and embark on a culinary journey you won't soon forget.
