## Description

Fundación Proyecto 21 is a Medellín-based organization focused on education, development and inclusion for children, young people and adults with intellectual disabilities and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Its community includes people with Down syndrome, autism, ADHD and mild or moderate intellectual disability. The foundation provides educational programs and activities that build academic, social, communication, language, adaptive and motor skills, supporting each student’s learning and overall development.

Its services include specialized language therapies and in-person workshops designed to strengthen understanding, expression, communication, autonomy and self-esteem. Proyecto 21 also offers training for professionals, students and caregivers working in inclusive disability support. Programs and activities are tailored to participants’ needs, with an emphasis on helping them develop practical abilities and take part more fully in their communities.

The foundation shares student achievements, family stories and community events, and invites families to learn about its programs. Donations help fund adapted educational materials, specialized support and therapy, and workshops that encourage integral development.
