## Description

Psyched LLC is a Columbus, Ohio, mental health practice founded in 2021, providing precision psychiatry and individualized care for people with demanding personal and professional lives. Led by Summer Lawson, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with MSN and MSW degrees, the practice serves executives, physicians, attorneys, founders, college and professional athletes, coaches, and the partners and family members who support them. Care addresses concerns including burnout, anxiety, depression, and other challenges, with plans tailored to each person and a commitment to confidentiality.

Psyched’s approach emphasizes precision medicine and the role of individual biology in mental health and performance. In addition to clinical care, the brand offers executive consultation, speaking engagements, peer leadership, and professional education focused on psychiatric medicine and mental optimization. Resources include information about insurance and fees, crisis support, and referrals for eating disorder care, athlete care, and high performers. Beginning in October 2026, Psyched is partnering with Collaborative Psychiatry of Ohio, bringing its concierge care model together with broader clinical resources and insurance access.
