## Description

Mentaliseringspraksis is a psychology practice led by psychologist Marie Skaalum Bloch, located in Gistrup near central Aalborg. The practice provides psychotherapy and personal therapy for people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, personality-related challenges, self-harm, substance misuse, and trauma or PTSD. Appointments are offered without a waiting list, according to the practice’s website. Marie Bloch specialises in mentalization-based therapy (MBT) and draws on other therapeutic approaches when appropriate.

The practice also supports professionals through individual and group supervision, personal development sessions, and intervision. Its professional services include teaching, courses, and training in psychotherapy, mentalization, attachment, psychopathology, milieu therapy, and supervision. Mentalization-based supervision is offered to professionals working in settings such as psychiatric services, residential care, family treatment, and private practice. The practice also contributes to collaboration and knowledge-sharing around mentalization and MBT in Denmark. Planned offerings include a 30-hour specialist course in autumn 2026 and a two-year psychotherapist training programme beginning in Aalborg in 2027. It welcomes enquiries by email to arrange an initial appointment.
