Created by Russ Dewey, the site brings together learning materials, reference information, and guidance for people studying or teaching the subject. Its main offering is Psychology, An Introduction, a free, full-length online textbook, updated for 2017–2018, alongside a self-quiz for introductory psychology and a General Systems Toolkit for self-study, short courses, or as a supplement to cognitive psychology. The site also provides career advice for psychology majors, information about psychology and religion as an academic discipline, and resources on APA style and places to find information. Additional material includes a smartphone-friendly presentation of Freud’s The Interpretation of Dreams and contributions from other authors, including content on careers and sport psychology. Older resources are organized in an archive, while updated discussions of topics such as consciousness, hypnosis, sleep, dreaming, and psychoactive drugs appear in the introductory textbook. Psych Web is intended to support accessible learning and teaching through freely available online materials. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ - 🧪 Social Sciences _(under Science and Education)_ ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Midnight Blue | #002d73 | dark | | Rob Roy | #efbe73 | light | | Jordy Blue | #73beef | accent | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
