## Description

P’tibou Relax is a French nonprofit association founded in 2008 by Marjorie and Wendy, inspired by massage, wellbeing and a joyful approach to family life. Based in Toulouse, it offers playful, original wellbeing workshops for babies, children and families across Toulouse, Haute-Garonne and other parts of France. Its activities draw on yoga movements and massage adapted for children from one month to 11 years old, with the aim of supporting their physical and emotional development. Workshops create a caring, shared experience where children can move, relax and enjoy time together, while parents benefit from exchange and connection. P’tibou Relax works with a range of settings, including nurseries, schools, leisure centres, municipal services and families. The association has partnered with Toulouse’s early childhood service for ten years. Its website also presents training among its offerings, alongside workshops and information about the association’s founders and approach. Through these activities, P’tibou Relax seeks to help children grow more flexible, happy and strong.
