## Description

Pub.solar is a non-registered association based in Cologne, Germany, dedicated to promoting the use of free software, secure digital communication, and data privacy. We offer a range of transparent and democratically hosted services including Matrix, a decentralized encrypted chat platform; Mastodon, a decentralized microblogging platform; and Nextcloud, a cloud service with office capabilities. Additionally, services like Searx, Mailman, and OBS Portal are available, subject to change. To access these services, users need to register for a pub.solar ID. Nextcloud storage is limited but can be expanded by contacting our team. At pub.solar, we prioritize community involvement and support, welcoming individuals to become members or provide assistance. We fund our infrastructure independently, aiming to solidify financing through donations and potential partnerships. Join us in shaping an IT infrastructure focused on solidarity, freedom, and mutual aid. Get in touch with the crew to learn more and get involved!
