## Description

The Public Trustee is an independent and impartial organisation serving the Tasmanian community. With more than 100 years of experience, it provides estate planning, estate administration and trustee services to help people make arrangements for their affairs and carry out their wishes. Its services include preparing Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, arranging Enduring Guardianships, and providing financial administration. The organisation also offers support with estate administration and other trustee matters. Alongside its services, the Public Trustee shares information to help Tasmanians understand their options, including educational resources, brochures, videos, news articles and webinars covering topics such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships and Advanced Care Directives. Standard Will and Enduring Power of Attorney appointments are available at stated prices, while a previously offered free Will program is currently fully booked. The Public Trustee also publishes an annual report and provides information about supported decision-making through client stories. People can contact the organisation to make an appointment, learn about services or access updates and events.
