# Puentes - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `puenteslasvegas.org` ## Description Puentes is a nonprofit community-based organization dedicated to addressing systemic and structural inequity by improving the social determinants of health in the communities we serve. We focus on serving communities facing barriers to social, economic, political, and environmental resources, with the goal of reducing disparities in outcomes. Through our diverse and culturally representative outreach teams, we conduct 785 events annually within our most vulnerable communities. Our outreach methods are specifically designed to overcome fear, distrust, and other barriers that have contributed to the longstanding inequities faced by marginalized populations. At Puentes, we offer a wide range of services, including access to primary, preventative, and behavioral healthcare, virus mitigation, victim advocacy, assistance to those at risk of becoming unhoused, as well as support systems for law enforcement and social services navigation. We believe that cultural competency is best achieved by hiring and empowering individuals from the communities we serve. We aim to embrace and affirm the diversity, beliefs, values, and practices of different social and cultural backgrounds, fostering cultural sensitivity and understanding. Join us in creating a more equitable and inclusive future. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Public Health and Safety _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/PuentesLasVegas) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/puentes_lasvegas) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idL08n8RoE/w/106/h/82/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1778223035152) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idL08n8RoE/w/411/h/411/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1778223035258) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | St Tropaz | #26559b | accent | | Spicy Mix | #81563b | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-heading-family) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-body-family) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
