Punch 4 Parkinson's is a charitable organization that focuses on developing, implementing, and funding non-combat boxing programs for individuals suffering from Parkinson's Disease. Extensive research has proven that high-intensity exercises like boxing can significantly slow down and even reverse the progression of Parkinson's symptoms. At Punch 4 Parkinson's, we have witnessed firsthand the remarkable physical and cognitive benefits that these programs provide. Established in 2015, our organization has raised over $1 million and supported more than 400 individuals in their fight against Parkinson's every day. We partner with certified boxing training centers sanctioned by USA Boxing, Inc. Additionally, we also support individuals battling multiple sclerosis (MS). Join us in our mission to knock out Parkinson's and make a positive impact on the lives of those affected.
