## Description

The Gridiron Company is an Australian athlete development and placement organisation focused on helping aspiring football players pursue opportunities at US colleges. Founded by a team of AFL and NFL pioneers with more than 50 years of combined professional football experience, it draws on specialist coaching and scouting expertise to prepare athletes for the demands of the American game.

The company offers tailored, position-specific training, with particular emphasis on Australian punters and kickers. Its pathway begins with eligibility, helping athletes understand and meet the academic and athletic requirements associated with US college scholarships. Athletes then receive coaching to develop their technical skills, resilience and professionalism, alongside guidance toward college placements.

Support extends beyond training: The Gridiron Company describes its staff as mentors who help athletes navigate the transition to playing overseas and remain supported throughout their journey. Its services include personalised development plans, feedback, access to a support network and assistance with the US college pathway.
