## Description

PurposeCoach® is a Switzerland-based coaching brand offering in-person services in Bern and Zurich, as well as online support for individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations. Since 2014, its certified Purpose Coach has helped more than 750 clients in Switzerland and Europe explore their strengths, values, career direction, and leadership approach. Its methods include the Gallup CliftonStrengths® framework and Profilingvalues assessments.

Services include one-to-one purpose, strengths, and leadership coaching; workshops and group coaching for leaders and teams; and organisational programmes focused on strengths-based development. Individual coaching typically involves four to six sessions over 90 days, with assessments, feedback, and a practical plan for applying insights at work and in daily life. The brand also offers the Stärken Durchbruchs Training, a self-paced online course with video lessons, exercises, workbooks, and coaching feedback.

Additional resources include digital workbooks, leadership guides, and e-books. PurposeCoach® presents its approach as a structured way to build clarity, make career decisions, and apply personal strengths through a defined 90-day transfer plan.
