PV Volunteers is a brand that has been serving communities since 1973. Founded by the Eastern Province of the Passionist Congregation, PV Volunteers aims to bring a Passionist Presence and the spirit of their founder, St. Paul of the Cross, to communities in need.

Although facing financial difficulties in 2009, the program was reborn as an independent non-profit organization, PV Volunteers, Inc. Through the PV Mission, the brand seeks to provide individuals with the opportunity to engage with others while doing service, living in community, and reflecting on their experiences. The PV Volunteers come from all over the United States and various countries, bringing a diverse range of backgrounds and spiritual expressions.

By participating in the program, volunteers experience personal growth and are inspired to take further action in their own communities. The presence of PV Volunteers creates positive change and provides pragmatic assistance to the local communities they serve.
