Palos Verdes Youth Basketball League (PYVBL) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to providing age-appropriate basketball skills development through recreational leagues. We believe that youth sports should be centered around the kids, and our mission is to create an environment where they can try something new, make friends, and experience positive coaching. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball while promoting balanced competition and good sportsmanship.

As a nonprofit organization, PYVBL is run entirely by volunteers who are committed to the well-being and development of the players. 100% of the proceeds generated from our leagues are used to benefit the players. We also understand the challenges of juggling multiple sports, so we have minimized overlap with other youth sports to make it easier for families to participate.

Our players wear high-quality, custom-designed uniforms that not only look great but also instill a sense of pride. We take the safety of our players seriously, which is why all our volunteer coaches undergo background checks and are trained by professional coaches. At PYVBL, we strive to provide professional and responsive customer service.
