## Description

PVZ Pressevertriebszentrale is a subscription-management service based in Stockelsdorf, connecting magazine publishers, subscribers and publications. It describes itself as Germany’s largest publisher-independent provider of magazine subscription services, helping publishers and readers manage subscriptions simply and reliably. Its work supports the delivery and administration of magazine subscriptions, while its customer service offers practical online tools for common requests.

Subscribers can report damaged or missing issues, pause delivery for up to 90 days, arrange delivery to a new address, or request nationwide forwarding while on holiday. The service also explains how to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of receiving the first issue, change a payment method, or adjust a payment schedule. A help center and FAQ provide answers to subscription questions, and customers can submit feedback or other enquiries, including when they do not have their customer number available.

PVZ also shares information about its business areas, leadership and news, and provides careers content, current vacancies and guidance for applicants.
