The Quest Center for Art & Community Development is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Dickson, TN, dedicated to using the power of music to positively influence the lives of children in rural, lower-income communities. Our mission is to empower children, including at-risk youth and individuals with disabilities, to reach their full potential through the transformative power of music. We offer year-round music programs for students in grades 4-12, regardless of their financial resources, abilities, or other factors.

Our programs go beyond music education and youth development - they help students build self-confidence, positive self-esteem, social interaction skills, and creative abilities. These skills contribute to their success in school and in their future careers, making them valuable contributors to their community. At The Quest Center, we provide an affordable, safe, and supportive environment where students can engage in a variety of music activities, from learning to read and play music to collaborating with other students and exploring songwriting and performance.

Additionally, we offer extended education opportunities that expose students to the diversity of careers in music, often with industry professionals, giving them valuable information and connections. We believe in the importance of giving back to the community, and we teach our students the value of charitable work through school performances and fundraisers. We also provide leadership and career development opportunities through our Pathway Student Teaching Assistant Program, which allows students to progress from student to paid Teaching Assistants and Junior Instructors.
