## Description

QLS MMA, also known as Qian Long System, is a Basel-based martial arts school offering training in sport and self-defense for adults, teenagers, and children aged nine and older. Its integrated approach combines three areas of combat: distance fighting, close combat, and ground fighting. Students train techniques drawn from disciplines including boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Sanda, wrestling, Judo, Chin Na, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with an emphasis on connecting skills across different situations.

QLS offers group classes, children’s courses, personal training, private lessons, seminars, and events. Training is available in German and English, and participants can choose whether to pursue fitness, self-defense, or competition; tournament participation is voluntary. The school also teaches ATOS BJJ as an official member of the ATOS BJJ network, in collaboration with its instructors in Basel and Zurich. Members may train MMA, BJJ, or both. QLS describes its classes as structured and adaptable to different experience levels, with attention to responsible conflict management and safe practice.
