## Description

QIL, or Questions of International Law, is an esteemed open-source, peer-reviewed e-journal established in May 2014 by a collective of Italian scholars. The journal serves as a dynamic platform for scholarly discourse pertaining to public international law, catering to both academics and practitioners in the field. QIL is organized into two main sections: “Zoom-in,” which delves into recent judicial and diplomatic practices to analyze pertinent legal issues, and “Zoom-out,” which facilitates broader debates and symposia on significant topics in international law.

Published bi-monthly, each issue presents well-researched contributions in English, French, and Italian, with a preference for English submissions. The journal actively encourages constructive commentary from its readership, which undergoes an anonymous peer-review process prior to publication. Articles are subsequently compiled in the QIL Journal, available for free download on the website. QIL not only enriches legal scholarship but also seeks to foster vibrant discussions on contemporary international legal challenges.
