QILT is a comprehensive suite of government-endorsed surveys for higher education in Australia. These surveys cover the entire student life cycle, from commencement to employment, and provide robust and nationally consistent performance data. The data collected through QILT helps drive quality improvement in Australian higher education. All 42 Australian universities and around 90 non-university higher education providers participate in QILT. 

The ComparED website, driven by data collected through QILT surveys, allows potential students to compare information from actual students and graduates about their educational experience and graduate outcomes. Users can compare up to six institutions and study areas simultaneously.

Course Seeker is another useful tool offered by QILT, providing clear and transparent information about ATARs, pre-requisites, enrollment practices, and policies of higher education providers across Australia. It also highlights student satisfaction and graduate outcome survey results.

QILT conducts various surveys, including the Student Experience Survey (SES), Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS), Employer Satisfaction Survey (ESS), and Graduate Outcomes Survey - Longitudinal (GOS-L), each serving different purposes and collecting valuable data at different stages of the student journey. These surveys help assess the overall quality of educational experiences, skills development, learning resources, and the transition to the workforce.
