QISYNC is a modern mind-body training system created by Dr Colin Koh to help people build attention, clarity, resilience, and steadiness in everyday life. Drawing on selected principles from more than 50 years of Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and meditation, it turns these traditions into simple, progressive practices that fit into busy schedules without requiring mastery of long forms.
