## Description

The Qiyadat Global - Georgetown is a women's leadership program delivered in collaboration between the Qiyadat Global program in Saudi Arabia and Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in the United States. This program aims to empower women, support them, and develop their skills to effectively manage and assume leadership positions in all sectors, including government, private, and non-profit organizations.

With a focus on enhancing personal leadership skills, improving leadership decision-making, leading organizational change, and leading for performance, this program provides emerging women leaders with a comprehensive learning experience. It includes 16 60-minute academic sessions, cohorts of 50 participants, virtual and in-person case study sessions, role plays, active discussions, simulations/gamification, and team-building exercises.

The program is delivered online through an orientation module and five days of interactive online sessions, leveraging the expertise of Georgetown University's Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship. It is designed for women who have shown high potential in middle-management positions and aspire to senior leadership roles.

The program is open to eligible applicants from Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and G20 countries in a mid-level senior position. It requires a proficiency in the English language, work experience, and two letters of recommendation.
