Deuterium, also known as heavy hydrogen, is a stable isotope of hydrogen with unique properties. It is characterized by a nucleus, called Deuteron, containing one proton and one neutron. With a natural abundance of only about 0.0156% in Earth's oceans, Deuterium is considered a rare component compared to the more common isotope Protium.

Qlarivia is a pioneer in providing Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW) for consumers worldwide.
