## Description

QMS Network is a Layer-1 blockchain designed for the post-quantum era. Its consensus system is intended to resist quantum threats from the outset, while its network is built to accommodate quantum hardware. QMS combines blockchain security with proof-of-useful-work, directing miners’ computing capacity toward problems that clients need solved rather than computations used only to secure blocks. Examples include logistics, portfolio optimization, and vehicle routing.

The network offers miners two potential reward streams: block rewards and client payments for the quality of their solutions. Clients can submit a problem, lock a fee, and receive solutions ranked by quality. According to QMS, these client fees can help cover mining costs, support network security, and reduce reliance on token inflation alone. The project presents this model as a way to develop a decentralized computing service alongside its blockchain.

QMS provides documentation and is preparing a testnet. Its website invites developers, miners, clients, users, and investors to join the waitlist for early access, developer tools, ecosystem updates, and testnet announcements.
