## Description

QUADIGA is a certification brand of the Bundesverband Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BBGM) e.V., Germany’s professional association for workplace health management. It helps organizations identify qualified providers of Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) and Betriebliches Gesundheitsförderung (BGF), or workplace health management and health promotion. Through independent certification, QUADIGA assesses how providers ensure the potential, process and outcome quality of their services, offering buyers a clearer basis for selecting partners in a complex market.

The brand offers two certifications. QUADIGA Classic recognizes providers with expertise in a defined area, such as workplace health measures, health education or risk assessments. QUADIGA Expert is intended for providers with a broader, strategic approach, including the development and implementation of workplace health concepts and complex management processes. Expert assessment also includes the Classic criteria.

Certification is open regardless of business structure, size or BBGM membership. Successful applicants receive a digital seal, logo and certificate, and are listed on the QUADIGA website for three years, after which recertification is required.
