## Description

Qualita Care & Support is a small, registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia. The organisation delivers personalised, compassionate and professional care for people aged eight and over who live with physical, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities, as well as support for their families. Its approach is collaborative and respectful, with a focus on safety, independence and helping each person shape a life that is meaningful to them.

Services include Supported Independent Living, with assistance for everyday tasks and opportunities to develop skills for managing them independently. Community Access support helps clients pursue their goals and take part more actively in their communities. Respite care is available for short to medium-term periods, at home or through Qualita, offering a break for clients and families or support during unexpected circumstances.

Qualita aims to enhance day-to-day living, champion individual aspirations and celebrate achievements. Clients and families can contact the organisation to discuss their needs, make a referral or provide feedback.
