Quality United Engagement (QUE) is a privately owned disability support provider established in 2020 to deliver high-quality services to people with an NDIS plan. Founded by director Frank Perese, the organisation draws on his experience in the disability support workforce and as a parent, with a focus on offering personalised support and building lasting relationships with the people it serves.

QUE helps individuals make the most of their NDIS plans and access support suited to their needs and goals. Its services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. The organisation is based on the Central Coast of New South Wales and provides support across the region, with services also extending to Sydney and Newcastle. Support in other parts of NSW may be arranged, depending on availability and planning time.

Quality United Engagement aims to provide a positive, tailored support experience that helps people live life their way.
