## Description

QuCS (Quantum Computing Seminar) is an educational lecture series that makes quantum computing knowledge accessible to people who are interested in the field but do not have a technical background. Organized by Zhiding Liang of the University of Notre Dame and Hanrui Wang of MIT, the series ranges from introductory material to advanced research, helping audiences build foundational understanding while exploring current developments.
