For the 2026–2027 season, the Royals operate teams at Tier I AAA and Tier II AA and A levels, based at Extreme Ice Center and Pineville Ice House.

The program offers teams for a broad range of age groups, from 6U through 18U, including girls’ hockey teams. Its activities include travel league competition, scheduled games and tournaments, and specialized programs such as the Queen City Jr. Royals, camps and clinics, and the QCR Summer Series. The organization also lists SPHA Academy and spring and summer team opportunities, alongside tryouts and high school hockey information. Players, families, and coaches can access resources including coaching information, conduct policies, payment guidance, and billet family information.
