## Description

Quilt is a mod-loader project primarily focused on Minecraft, founded by contributors from the Fabric project to address controversies and issues. With a commitment to transparency and inclusivity, Quilt emphasizes experimental work, community involvement, and progressive values. The governance structure ensures no one has too much power, with an Admin Board overseeing project direction and a Community Team managing community spaces independently. Projects are divided into teams, each with its leadership, promoting efficiency and effectiveness. Transparency is maintained through a Request For Comments system on GitHub, allowing anyone to suggest changes or new processes. Quilt continues to attract developers and users from diverse backgrounds, despite pushback. Join the Quilt community to be part of a project that values innovation, inclusivity, and community input.
