Voces Activistas empowers Peruvian, migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking adolescents and young women aged 15 to 20. LALAS strengthens the knowledge and initiatives of activism for 100 diverse, Peruvian, and Venezuelan adolescents and young people at the national level.
