## Description

RA231 (Right Ascension 231) develops cloud-native ground systems for spacecraft and satellite operations, serving government and commercial space organizations. Its Intelligent Space Platform is a modular, open-system ground system built from a curated collection of open-source technologies and designed for mission-critical use. The platform can be deployed on premises or across commercial and private cloud environments, with a cloud-agnostic architecture intended to reduce vendor lock-in through open standards and interfaces.

RA231’s services include satellite ground system design and delivery, cloud-native ground segment architecture, Kubernetes-based operations, standards-based ecosystem integration, cybersecurity, and tools for mission operations automation. Its RAconfig product packages, configures, versions, and deploys applications, helping teams assemble an integrated ground system and manage its components as a coordinated whole. The platform also supports declarative infrastructure, GitOps workflows, self-healing operations, and auto-scaling.

Designed to operate across security domains, RA231’s approach aligns with the NIST Risk Management Framework. The company supports mission teams seeking to modernize ground systems and evolve operational capabilities over time using an open, adaptable architecture.
