## Description

Fuego is a Quarter Horse racing stallion incentive program operated by Fuego Racing LLC. Limited to 50 stallion slots, it gives offspring of enrolled stallions the opportunity to compete in annual Fuego races, beginning with a $5 million guaranteed futurity purse on Championship Day in June 2028 at Remington Park. The program includes one futurity with four divisions: Inferno, Caliente, Azul, and Ember.

Stallion owners apply for acceptance, then enroll by signing a contract and paying the annual fee. Once a foal is born, it must be nominated each year to remain eligible. Nominated offspring can compete in trials for a place on Championship Day. Fuego also outlines options for transferring or replacing a stallion slot and provides rules for renewals, eligibility, and payouts. The announced purse distribution is 80% to the racehorse owner, 10% to the breeder, and 10% to the stallion nominator. Fuego says its races will be sanctioned in Oklahoma and earnings will be official, while its integrity commitment includes investment in new testing technology.
