## Description

RacingRulesOfSailing.org is an unofficial online resource designed to help sailors, coaches, judges and other race officials understand how sailing rules are applied. It organizes the Racing Rules of Sailing alongside related definitions, cases, calls, race signals, regulations and national prescriptions, with references that make it easier to explore interpretations and appeals. The site includes materials from World Sailing and national bodies, as well as a judges’ manual, forums and multilingual access. Its practical tools support the administration of sailing events: organizers can manage registrations and accept payments in multiple currencies, score fleets using low-point, bonus-point or handicap systems, and publish standings on event pages. Event management features also cover documents, scoring inquiries, hearing schedules and decisions, with options for electronic communication between competitors and officials. Users can review recent regatta information, consult discussion posts and file protests for particular events. By bringing rules guidance and event services together, the site offers a reference and working toolkit for people involved in competitive sailing.
