## Description

Radar Défense is a strategic foresight and anticipation programme supported by France’s Ministry of the Armed Forces. It brings together the defence community and civil society to explore how future technological, scientific and industrial disruptions could shape defence and security. Its aim is to identify emerging changes and help the nation prepare for possible futures.

The programme presents a series of imaginative scenarios that invite audiences to consider questions such as the strategic importance of health, the balance between autonomy and interdependence, the consequences of biological agents, and what might happen if a common material suddenly disappeared. Through its Radar des ruptures feature, visitors can also scan for and discover potential disruptions on the horizon.

Radar Défense encourages public participation through the Challenges RADAR and makes its ideas accessible through online content and social media. Its first public report, Menaces 2035, was produced by the RADAR collective and published by Éditions Robert Laffont.
