## Description

Raeburn Place Foundation is a Scottish registered charity dedicated to improving lives through sport. Founded to protect and develop Raeburn Place, the historic birthplace of international rugby, the Foundation works to ensure that people of all backgrounds and abilities can come together to play, watch and celebrate sport. Its activities bring together heritage, community participation and opportunities for future generations.

The Foundation preserves and promotes the history of Raeburn Place through its rugby heritage work and plans to establish the Museum of International Rugby at the ground. It also aims to create an environment where sporting achievements inspire others and to encourage healthy recreation through community programmes and organised activities. The Foundation supports access to sport and sports programmes, while seeking to make full use of the ground for sporting activities. It has established a sustainable income stream to help protect the historic site and fund its sporting work. Raeburn Place Foundation also shares news and events, welcomes donations, and works with clubs and community organisations to advance its mission.
