Its guiding message, “Una vita oltre l’autismo” (“A life beyond autism”), reflects its commitment to looking beyond a diagnosis and creating opportunities for young people to learn and take part in meaningful activities. The association’s stated project is to establish a daytime center, with the longer-term aim of developing a residential center as well. In these settings, young people would be supported by educators while participating in formative activities.
